




**Back Office – Order Validation and Operational Support** **Job Description** Grupo Labhis is seeking responsible and organized professionals for the **Back Office** department, specializing in **order validation, operational follow-up, and customer support**. This role requires attention to detail, proficiency in telephone communication, and efficient information management to ensure accurate processes and successful deliveries. **Responsibilities** * Validate and verify sales orders via telephone calls. * Process purchases and coordinate delivery tracking. * Provide customer service to resolve inquiries and complaints clearly and professionally. * Record, monitor, and update information in internal systems. * Provide operational support for administrative tasks within the department. **Requirements** * Experience in customer service, telesales, collections, or order validation/follow-up. * Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone handling ability. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy. * Basic knowledge of CRM or Excel (preferred). * Ability to work following guidelines and meet established deadlines. **We Offer** * Competitive salary of **S/ 1,130** * Ongoing training and opportunities for professional growth. * A positive, collaborative, and performance-oriented work environment. * Employment type: **Part Time**, afternoon/night shift **from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm**, **Monday through Friday**, in Miraflores.
