Agro-export company looking for: Export & Logistics Supervisor Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree or graduate in Administration, International Business, Economics, or Industrial Engineering. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in agro-export sector. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, and/or logistics management. \- Minimum 1 year of experience supervising personnel. \- Intermediate level Excel skills. \- Intermediate English proficiency. \- Completed courses and diplomas. \- Must reside in Tambo Grande. Responsibilities: \- Manage container scheduling. \- Manage container rescheduling. \- Handle export invoicing. \- Manage export documentation (BL/FITO/CO/QR/COI/APHIS). \- Manage and coordinate transportation units for air and maritime shipments. \- Manage, supervise, and execute the Sprinter system according to export and material supply needs. \- Manage transportation unit assignments. \- Manage monitoring and final export data. \- Manage and execute after-sales program. \- Overall SENASA management. \- Manage physical and virtual container inspections. \- Manage material supply procurement. \- Evaluate performance of senior and junior assistants.
