We are currently seeking to expand our team with top talent and are therefore hiring for the position of "Sales Associate – Morning Shift" at our store located in Carabayllo. * REQUIREMENTS – Minimum 6 months’ experience in retail or customer service preferred (not mandatory). – Basic MS Office proficiency preferred. – Ability to accurately record data and perform calculations. – Strong organizational skills, teamwork ability, customer communication skills, and proactivity. – Availability to work the following schedule: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Saturdays and Sundays are rotating; further details below: This shift includes one rotating workday between Saturday and Sunday; all other working days fall Monday to Friday during the hours specified above. When assigned to work Saturdays, hours are 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM; when assigned to work Sundays, hours are 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM. Specifically, for two weeks the candidate will work Saturdays and have Sundays off; for the other two weeks of the month, they will work Sundays and have Saturdays off. On Sundays when double shifts are required, double pay will be provided, along with lunch. * BENEFITS – Flexible scheduling. This position is primarily targeted toward students; exam or assignment-related leave may be granted upon prior coordination. – Timely biweekly salary payments. – Overtime and holiday work compensation. – As this is a part-time position, the starting base salary is half the full-time rate (S/1,130), i.e., S/565.00 per month.
