**REQUIREMENTS** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a technical or university program in Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions involving monitoring of cargo transportation units; fleet management, distribution, warehousing, and safety. * Preferred experience in Mass Consumer Goods Distribution companies. * Knowledge of monitoring applications and systems related to the field. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). **FUNCTIONS** * Supervise and control inventory, storage, and product dispatch processes, ensuring order, cleanliness, and adherence to standards. * Coordinate and supervise route planning and distribution, guaranteeing timely and high-quality deliveries to customers. * Monitor vehicle fleet performance (owned and leased), ensuring appropriate usage, preventive and corrective maintenance, and optimization of fuel consumption. * Manage sales settlement and banking processes, ensuring accuracy, absence of discrepancies, and compliance with the company’s financial policies. * Ensure proper implementation of occupational health and safety protocols, including use of PPE, safety equipment, and surveillance systems. * Report incidents, analyze deviations, and propose corrective actions regarding inventory, distribution, fleet, and safety. * Manage documentation and reports related to operations, complying with internal and external regulations. * Coordinate with Management and other departments to secure necessary resources for uninterrupted operations. * Lead work teams, promoting communication, order, discipline, and a safety-oriented culture. **BENEFITS** * Formal employment registration from Day 1, including all statutory benefits. * Market-competitive salary. * Biweekly or monthly payments.
