Medical practice monitoring – Hospital concurrency (General Integrated Audit/Medical Directorate): Surgical complications – DINDO CLAVIEN, Antibiotic prophylaxis in scheduled surgeries, Relevance of prolonged stay, Rational use of controlled antibiotics, Adverse event occurrence, Quality of medical record documentation. 2\. Provide medical support to ensure timely and accurate claim settlements. 3\. Provide specialized support in handling complaints resulting from hospital care received by a patient at Clínica Delgado. 4\. Collaborate with Medical Directorate to promote identified improvement opportunities and process enhancements during hospital visits. 5\. Adhere to patient safety policies and promote compliance with Required Organizational Practices. 6\. Comply with the "Person-Centered Care Policy" or promote a culture of person-centered care by delivering high-quality and compassionate service. **Requirements:** Graduate in Human Medicine with training in Medical Auditing.
