Job Summary: Perform dynamic maintenance routines on equipment, diagnose problems, and report required replacement parts to ensure optimal equipment performance and customer retention. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform monthly dynamic maintenance and verify equipment operation. 2. Diagnose issues and identify replacement parts to be changed. 3. Report completed work and details to the supervisor. ***What is your mission?*** Carry out the monthly dynamic maintenance routines assigned by the route supervisor and report worn-out replacement parts in accordance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures to ensure optimal equipment operation and achieve customer retention. * ***Responsibilities:*** \- Perform monthly dynamic maintenance and verify correct equipment operation \- Diagnose equipment issues and identify replacement parts requiring change, reporting them via the mobile application. \- Report completed work and equipment-related details to the route supervisor through the Otis application. \- Accurately complete technical reports. \- Support compliance with internal policies established by the company. \- Perform other job-related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: \- Electronic Technician, Mechanical Technician, Electrical Technician, Mechatronics Technician, and/or related fields. \- Minimum 6 months of experience in elevator maintenance (preferred). \- Experience in mechanical, elevator, and electrical platform maintenance. * ***Benefits*** \- Market-competitive salary. \- Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. \- Mobility allowance. \- Ongoing training.
