Ensure compliance with procedures and regulations related to prevention, including its manual and regulations concerning third-party work within your unit. Follow opening procedures, control all access points during operations, and closing procedures of your unit each day. Respond efficiently and promptly to any unforeseen event threatening the safety or proper operation of your unit. Ensure all department members efficiently comply with company-defined service and customer service standards. Verify that fire protection systems, closed-circuit television (CCTV), intrusion and detection alarm panels, prevention communication systems, etc., remain continuously operational and efficient. Ensure compliance with the annual training plan and the annual schedule of drills, evacuation practices, and use of firefighting equipment. Timely coordinate with state institutions (National Police of Peru, INDECI, Municipalities, and Firefighters) to ensure normal operations within your unit. Additionally, coordinate with legal advisors when required. Ensure your unit maintains daily adequate staffing coverage according to departmental positions, complying with company Human Resources regulations. Continuously train and motivate department members to perform their duties effectively. Efficiently manage expenses under your department's responsibility, considering assigned budgets and appropriately evaluating potential investments needed to fulfill job requirements. Additional Responsibilities of the Prevention Manager Follow instructions from your direct supervisor. Carry out all other activities not specified in this job description but inherent to the position. **Requirements:** University graduate or undergraduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Knowledge of blueprint reading, OHS legislation, and safety equipment. Previous experience leading prevention teams in the retail sector.
