We are currently seeking a Resident Supervisor for the San Martin de Porres and Lima Cercado locations. Requirements: \- Technical degree / bachelor's degree or related fields. \- Courses in cleaning, biosafety, and management of hospital solid waste. \- 2 years of experience as a team leader. FUNCTIONS AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Inspect work areas according to schedule and approve service completion. 2\. Ensure proper use, placement, and organization of materials, tools, and equipment. 3\. Monitor daily staff attendance and prepare the daily work roster. 4\. Prepare the monthly request for cleaning materials and supplies and submit it to the Zonal Supervisor. 5\. Maintain an updated inventory of materials, tools, and equipment in their unit. 6\. Conduct induction talks at the beginning of the work shift (5 minutes). 7\. Inform the Zonal Supervisor about staff absences. 8\. Report any incidents regarding service and/or personnel to the Zonal Supervisor. 9\. Responsible for the occupational health and safety of workers under their supervision, as well as visitors and other personnel within their supervisory area. 10\. Ensure proper use of equipment or machinery under their responsibility. 11\. Receive and evaluate new personnel for hiring and then send the corresponding information to the office. 12\. Coordinate with different service areas the activities to be carried out. 13\. Supervise (where applicable) fogging, general, and terminal disinfection activities in the unit. 14\. Coordinate and inform Human Resources about outgoing staff (resignations). 15\. Prepare the monthly staff scheduling. 16\. Coordinate and communicate staff leave and permissions. 17\. Coordinate with the client's relevant department for fumigation and rodent control services. 18\. Perform dilutions of supplies to be used in Cleaning and Disinfection services. 19\.
