A well-established pharmaceutical company with over 25 years of experience is seeking qualified personnel for its Commercial Department, with experience in the Mass Consumption sector as Sales Representatives within the horizontal channel (pharmacies and drugstores with coverage) in the city of Lima, its provinces, and surrounding districts. 1. Position Objective: Promote sales and collections of pharmaceutical products to independent drugstores & pharmacies, developing the horizontal channel in terms of volume and quantity to ensure coverage across the capital. 2. Primary Responsibilities: * Achieve assigned sales and collection targets. * Attain prospect coverage objectives. * Manage restocking orders for horizontal-channel clients. * Present product features, advantages, and benefits. * Renew orders and monitor deliveries to physicians and pharmacists. * Carry out strategic post-sales activities. * Maintain strong interpersonal relationships with clients. * Gather market intelligence and relay it to the Commercial Department. * Optimize resources to increase the collection rate (%). 3. Professional Profile: * Ability to work under pressure; proactive, organized, and highly conscientious. * Excellent fluent communication skills. * Responsible and quick learner. 4. Requirements: * Minimum one year’s experience as a promoter and/or merchandiser. * Extensive multi-level client portfolio. * Flexibility regarding working hours and locations—prepared to undertake extensive travel. * Technical knowledge: Familiarity with medications when interacting with healthcare professionals. * Experience managing relationships with strategically important horizontal-channel clients. 5.
