




Grupo Satelital is transforming connectivity in Peru, and for this, we need a Licensed and Certified Electronic Engineer with extensive experience in the design and implementation of Photovoltaic (PV) Energy Systems. This role is crucial to ensuring energy autonomy and continuity of our telecommunications stations in remote areas. **POSITION MISSION** * Serve as the technical lead in the design, planning, execution, and maintenance of photovoltaic solar energy projects, guaranteeing efficiency, profitability, and regulatory compliance across all telecommunications infrastructure installations. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND PROJECTS** * Design and Engineering: Develop detailed designs for Off\-Grid and Grid\-Tied (On\-Grid) PV systems, including system sizing, component selection (panels, inverters, charge controllers, batteries), and electrical schematics. * Planning and Execution: Lead the planning of photovoltaic projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets (OPEX/CAPEX), and quality/safety standards. * Technical Supervision: Supervise the installation and commissioning of PV systems in the field, verifying compliance with technical specifications and regulations (NTP and National Electrical Code). * System Integration: Integrate solar solutions with existing network infrastructure, including backup systems, grounding systems, and remote monitoring. * Maintenance and Optimization: Develop preventive and corrective maintenance programs for installed PV systems to maximize their efficiency and lifespan. **REQUIREMENTS** **Academic Background:** * **Education:** Degree in Electronic Engineering (or related field), licensed and certified. * **Specialization:** Master's degree or specialization in Photovoltaic Energy, Renewable Energies, or a directly related field. **Specific Knowledge:** * **Power Electronics:** Strong knowledge of inverters, converters, charge regulators (MPPT and PWM), batteries (Lithium and Lead\-Acid), and circuit optimization. * **Advanced PV Design:** Experience in solar irradiation calculations, losses, shading, and photovoltaic array sizing for various load capacities. * **Simulation Software:** Advanced and proven proficiency in photovoltaic simulation software (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD Electrical, MATLAB). * **Regulations and Safety:** Thorough understanding of National Electrical Regulations (CNE), electrical safety regulations (RNE), and international standards (IEC). * **Control Systems:** Knowledge of control and remote monitoring systems for photovoltaic plants (SCADA or similar). **Experience and Skills:** * **Work Experience:** More than 3 years of experience in the design and implementation of photovoltaic projects. * **Project Management:** Experience managing electrical infrastructure and/or telecommunications projects, meeting the triple constraint (time, cost, scope). * **Availability:** Willingness to perform fieldwork in provincial locations (supervision and implementation visits). **WE OFFER** * Competitive market\-aligned salary. * Employment under MYPE payroll. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
