DESCRIPTION A leading company in the energy sector, specializing in natural gas, is seeking an Operations Technician to perform the following duties: * Conduct operational monitoring through rounds, inspections, and parameter recording at LNG and CNG stations. * Manage equipment preparation for maintenance, including lockout and depressurization, and assist in executing functional tests. * Coordinate cistern operations and movements jointly with the control center to ensure safe and efficient maneuvers. * Carry out cistern unloading and transfer operations, as well as complete corresponding checklists. * Supervise compliance with work permits and ensure contractors operate under established safety standards. * Respond to operational incidents or emergencies at facilities and networks, guaranteeing system continuity and stability. * Prepare technical reports, daily logs, and operational records, communicating relevant information to supervisors for decision-making. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and environmental policies, while also adhering to guidelines of the Integrated Management System. REQUIREMENTS * Graduate or technician in Industrial Electrician, Industrial Mechatronics, Industrial Electrotechnology, Electrical Mechanical Technologist, IG-1 Gas Network Installer Technician, or related fields. * Knowledge of gas network installation standards, National Electrical Code, NFPA 59A, and ASME B31. * Intermediate-level Office software proficiency, customer service skills, practical use of fire extinguishers, and application of contingency and emergency plans. * IG-1 certification. (Desirable) * Minimum 2 years’ experience in the natural gas sector. * Valid A1 driver’s license.
