If you’re seeking to develop your skills and be part of a future of luxury, this is your moment. **Key responsibilities include:** * Driving execution of the comprehensive sustainability strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and stakeholder expectations. * Integrating sustainable practices across organizational operations and processes, collaborating closely with various departments and suppliers to strengthen a responsible supply chain. * Leading projects focused on carbon footprint reduction, energy efficiency, resource management, and proper waste handling. * Analyzing sustainability-related risks and opportunities, proposing improvements and innovative initiatives to enhance environmental and social performance. * Supporting and guiding Community Relations Officers in Cusco and Arequipa, ensuring coherent, respectful, and sustainability-area-aligned social management. * Monitoring progress of sustainability projects and initiatives, consolidating data and preparing reports for internal teams and external stakeholders. * Staying current on global sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure regulatory compliance and foster continuous improvement. * Preparing and disseminating sustainability reports reflecting progress, impacts, and challenges within the area. * Fostering cross-departmental, supplier, and strategic partner collaboration to ensure robust, organization-wide implementation of sustainability goals. * Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety, Sustainability, and Quality guidelines, as well as performing additional duties related to the position. **Requirements:** **What you bring:** * Degree in Communications, Sociology, Economics, Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in sustainability projects or initiatives. * Solid understanding of national and international environmental regulations. * Familiarity with energy efficiency, water management, waste management, and sustainable procurement practices. * Advanced English proficiency. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Strategic communication skills, mobilizing and connecting diverse audiences toward shared objectives. * Persuasive ability to positively influence and generate genuine sustainability commitments. * Skill in managing influence, promoting collaboration and alignment among teams and partners. **Benefits:** **What we offer:** At the Peruvian Divisional Office, we pride ourselves on cultivating a culture rooted in kindness, active listening, and authentic connections with colleagues and guests.
