We distinguish ourselves through agile service, a high-turnover product portfolio, and a robust multi-channel sales model encompassing field sales, online sales, and motorized deliveries. We seek professionals with strategic vision, strong commercial skills, and experience managing key accounts within the beverage and liquor sector. **Responsibilities** * Manage and develop a strategic client portfolio within the HORECA channel (nightclubs, restaurant-bars, liquor stores, chains, and wholesalers). * Negotiate commercial agreements, volumes, promotions, discounts, and product displays. * Execute client-specific commercial plans to maximize profitability, turnover, and market share. * Monitor sales indicators, coverage, inventory levels, and goal achievement. * Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and operations departments to ensure timely deliveries and proper execution of agreements. * Identify growth and expansion opportunities within the channel. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or Key Account Management (KAM) experience in liquor, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or beverages. * Knowledge of the HORECA, modern trade, and wholesale channels. * Excellent negotiation and communication skills. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency; CRM experience is desirable. * Availability for on-site work and frequent client visits. * Minimum age: 24 years. **Benefits** * Competitive fixed salary: PEN 2,500 * Uncapped commissions. * Formal employment under the MYPE payroll system, including all statutory benefits: * Bonus payments (July and December) * Compulsory Severance Pay (CTS) (May and November) * Paid vacation days * EsSalud health insurance * Timely bi-weekly and end-of-month payroll processing. * Career development path within a growing company. * Ongoing support from marketing, design, and operations departments.
