**Main Responsibilities** * Handle incoming customer calls regarding Movistar services (mobile and landline). * Resolve questions and inquiries related to their services. * Provide information and offer promotions or services tailored to the customer. * Work exclusively handling incoming calls. **Requirements** * Availability to work between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. * Residence located approximately 10 to 20 minutes from the office location. * Strong verbal communication skills and customer orientation. * Responsible attitude, punctuality, and commitment to learning. * Semi-formal attire during training and onboarding. * Pass a skills assessment (focused on reasoning and comprehension). * Submit a documented CV, copy of national ID (DNI), and employment certificates (if available). **Work Schedule and Shifts** * Work schedule: Monday through Sunday (one day off per week). * Monthly rotating day off. * 8-hour workday + 1-hour break. * Possible shifts: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. **Compensation and Bonuses** * Fixed monthly salary: S/ 1,130. * Onboarding bonus: S/ 380. * Performance-based variable bonus: up to S/ 226. * Perfect attendance bonus (in food vouchers): S/ 70 in the second month.
