Use management systems to register this information. \-Evaluate quality parameters upon receipt to detect visible defects, damage, or signs of deterioration that could affect the final quality of raw materials. \-Properly trace received batches to ensure each batch can be tracked throughout the production process. \-Report daily and weekly to the traceability coordinator about any deviations or issues detected in raw materials, so necessary corrective actions can be taken.
