Our **VAS** team is seeking an **AFS Development Analyst** to join Inchcape **Peru**. The purpose of this role is to ensure proper management, administration, and monitoring of AFS control and planning models, guaranteeing consistency, accuracy, and reliability of critical business information. The role is responsible for operating the PDG (Performance Development Guide), communicating and managing network targets, consolidating and analyzing results, preparing executive reports, and generating insights to support strategic decision-making, process standardization, and continuous improvement in after-sales. **What You’ll Do** * Manage the AFS PDG model, ensuring its timely updates, accuracy, and periodic execution. * Communicate goals, guidelines, and KPIs defined by leadership to the dealer network. * Consolidate, validate, and monitor AFS performance data from the network. * Prepare reports on results, alerts, and variances for leadership and dealers. * Analyze business trends and generate evidence-based recommendations. * Ensure data integrity and consistency across AFS systems and dashboards. * Prepare executive dashboards and presentations for local and regional meetings. * Support AFS initiatives (e.g., retention, standardization, customer experience) with analytical input. * Provide operational and analytical support for special projects assigned by your immediate manager. **About You** To succeed in this role, you will have: * Completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * 1–3 years of experience in similar roles (not mandatory). * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) – essential. * Intermediate English proficiency – desirable. * Intermediate Power BI proficiency – essential. * Knowledge of automotive after-sales is desirable. **What We Offer** At Inchcape, we’re building the future of mobility—and invite you to do it with us.
