Supervises and coordinates operational safety in the store. 2. Manages risk prevention and fire protection. 3. Trains staff on occupational safety and health. **Job Description** ---------------------- Performs inspection, supervision, and coordination functions across all departments to achieve a safe working environment. 1\. Supervises all store operations to verify compliance with company-established occupational safety and health procedures and regulations, and reports compliance status, observations, non-conformities, and violations to the Store Management and Central Prevention Team—particularly for processes involving risks or business losses. 2\. Conducts biweekly walkthroughs with store management; performs periodic inspections of logistics equipment, elevated work equipment, and critical equipment (e.g., hoists, dimensioning machines, cutting machines, etc.). Reports observations and escalates those not addressed by the store. 3\. Performs daily Opening/Closing checks for the store and conducts two walkthroughs during the shift to verify safety conditions of displays, merchandise on racks, aisles, and clear evacuation routes. Immediately reports any high-risk situations requiring urgent attention to the On-Duty Supervisor. Takes action during unannounced inspections by authorities, managing and overseeing the resolution of observations. Responsible for reviewing and updating observation records. 4\. Responsible for implementing the “Fire Protection and Life Safety System” inspection activities, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual checklists. Ensures all physical fire safety measures are operational and in good condition. 5\. Responsible for executing the annual schedule for fire drills, simulations, and fire practice exercises; maintains up-to-date emergency response teams, including their training and drills. 6\. Delivers occupational safety and health training and orientation sessions for new advisors in the store. Disseminates and ensures staff awareness of the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) policy, IPER (Risk Identification and Evaluation Process), workplace risk map, and prevention procedures.
