




Position Summary: We are seeking a Credit and Collections Assistant to manage credit evaluation, policies, and accounts receivable administration, ensuring regulatory compliance. We are currently looking for a **CREDIT AND COLLECTIONS ASSISTANT**, whose facilities are located in downtown Lima. 1\. \*Credit evaluation\* for major customers. 2\. \*Credit policy establishment\*: Define terms and conditions for extending credit to customers, including credit limits, payment terms, and guarantees. 3\. \*Accounts receivable management\*: Administer and monitor the collections cycle, ensuring timely customer payments and managing overdue accounts. 4\. \*Risk analysis and reporting\*: Identify and mitigate risks associated with accounts receivable. 5\. \*Payment negotiation\*: Work with customers to establish payment plans when financial difficulties arise, ensuring effective recovery of outstanding debts. 6\. \*Account reconciliation\*: Ensure accounting records for accounts receivable are accurate and up-to-date. 7\. \*Reporting and analysis\*: Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, department performance, and risk management for senior management. 8\. \*Regulatory compliance\*: Ensure all credit and collections activities comply with applicable legal regulations and internal organizational policies. 9\. Sales verification: Compare total sales recorded in the point-of-sale (POS) system with cash counted in the register. 10\. Recording of other payment methods: Culqi, izipay, or Yape. 11\. Record and reconcile other payment methods such as credit/debit cards, checks, or other electronic payment methods. **REQUIREMENTS:** 1\. Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance. 2\. Analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data. 3\. Excel proficiency (Intermediate to Advanced). 4\. Availability to work in downtown Lima (Ref.
