Responsibilities * Conduct field technical inspections of structures or buildings. * Identify and assess technical findings during inspections. * Document evidence through photographs, measurements, and direct observation. * Support and explain identified findings based on technical evidence. * Prepare inspection reports or technical reports. * Communicate inspection results clearly and professionally. * Appropriately manage situations of disagreement or inquiries during inspections. Requirements * Technician or university graduate in **Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields**. * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in technical inspections or expert assessments. * Ability to **support and refute findings with evidence**. * **Assertive communication** and conflict management skills.
