As a **Pastry Decorator**, your role will be: **Responsibilities:** * Decorate products according to recipes and/or instructions. * Store products following quality standards. * Set up the display case before store opening. * Rotate products, maintaining the company’s promise of freshness and quality. * Accurately label finished products, intermediate products, and ingredients. * Operate, clean, and maintain workspaces clean and organized during working hours. * Record and report product losses when applicable. * Provide direct customer service, maintaining the warmth and dynamism characteristic of the company. * Promptly report equipment malfunctions to your immediate supervisor. * Comply with the organization’s quality policy, information security policy, and occupational health and safety regulations. * Perform other duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor. * Be happy and contribute to the happiness of all colleagues. **Requirements** * We prefer a technical or university-level professional in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, Pastry, Baking, Restaurant Management, or related fields (preferred). * Minimum six months’ experience as a pastry assistant and/or in customer service at restaurants, bakeries, or similar businesses. * Availability to work rotating shifts under a 6-days-on/1-day-off schedule. **Benefits** * Private health insurance * Career development path * Training programs * Employee referral program * Corporate discounts * Salary advance via internal mobile app If you’re ready for this opportunity, apply now!
