Ensure the sales rate within their department (expand facings of Top20 items, review SKUs with speed E to ensure they are displayed with stock) Lead the in-store Stockout Walk process, maintaining control over KPIs such as Stockout Walk Quality, % of Repetitions, and # of Stockouts per replenisher with stock in store. Manage visual stockouts, analyze families with high stockout numbers, identify reasons for repetitions, follow up on adjustments, stockout transfers, external purchases, and others. Manage department replenishment to ensure two weeks of product availability for customers. Ensure commercial strategy is correctly implemented through proper HUA allocation. Perform shrinkage control (known and unknown), verify indicators, and implement concrete actions. Conduct inventory management by maintaining organized and labeled mezzanines, monitoring merchandise condition and sensitive products. Daily management of mezzanine HUA updates, conducting supervision walks with the team in charge, coordinated with the sales manager. Monitor kardex products from warehouse transfers, maintaining control over sensitive products. Track results of the "Product NPS" indicator and take actions with their team to improve outcomes. Follow up on dispatch orders and delivery deadlines, ensuring an OTIF indicator greater than 95%. Ensure product availability for omnichannel sales by keeping Regional HUA updated. Coordinate with Sales Managers the implementation of products in store. Participate in commercial walkthroughs of the departments under their responsibility. Implement campaigns and promotions for their departments, coordinated with the sales manager. Perform store openings and closings following established protocols and checklists according to the defined schedule. Supervise assigned advisors, validate coverage and operational focus, providing positive or corrective feedback. Participate in various meetings, taking improvement actions for their responsible departments. Responsible for ensuring minimum required knowledge of advisors regarding operations and use of powered logistics equipment. Comply with performance evaluation policies through feedback processes and by developing development plans for their team. Apply progressive discipline according to current procedures. Enforce safety measures in product handling within their area, for their advisors and external personnel. **Requirements:** Completed higher education, technical or university degree in Administration or related fields. 3+ years of experience in the retail sector. Knowledge in team leadership, project management, and logistics. Sales experience within retail, textile, electronics, or tangible goods companies.
