**AVOCADO PROCUREMENT MANAGER / PIURA** **REQUIREMENTS:** · University degree in Agronomic Engineering or Agronomy. · Specialization courses or diplomas in supply chain management, logistics, strategic procurement, or agribusiness **(Desirable).** · Quality certifications. · Market knowledge. · Knowledge of logistics and supply chain. · Software proficiency: Competence in inventory management systems (ERP, WMS). · Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. · Experience in supplier management. · Experience or knowledge of international certifications such as GlobalGAP, SMETA, or other quality standards relevant to the agricultural sector. · Demonstrable experience in avocado handling. · Experience in other crops, preferably mandarins and pomegranates. · Experience in the agro-industrial sector, specifically in purchasing or procurement of perishable products such as fruits. · Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles. · Valid driver's license category A-I minimum **(Essential).** · Availability to work full-time and on rotating shifts. · Willingness to work in Tambo Grande / Piura. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Conduct field diagnostics to establish a roadmap enabling accurate harvest planning per season, providing periodic and timely updates on progress according to phenological stages, considering size trends and projected harvest timing. · Maintain and strengthen relationships with producers and/or suppliers by fulfilling our commitments and ensuring fluid, transparent communication.
