As we expand our presence in **Peru**, we are seeking a highly driven and self\-motivated **Account Manager** to lead our commercial operations and ensure the successful growth of our business in the Peruvian market. **Position Overview** The **Account Manager – Peru** will oversee all sales, client relationships, procurement processes, vendor coordination, quoting, and fulfillment operations related to the Peruvian market. This is a **remote position**, requiring strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently while representing Globaltek International with professionalism and integrity. **Key ResponsibilitiesSales \& Business Development** * Develop and manage a portfolio of enterprise and mid\-market clients in Peru. * Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in the local market. * Present Globaltek’s IT solutions, hardware, services, and software offerings to prospective customers. * Prepare quotes, proposals, commercial offers, and RFP responses. **Account Management** * Serve as the main point of contact for all clients in Peru. * Build long\-term relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention. * Provide ongoing support, follow\-ups, and assistance with orders, deliveries, billing, and post\-sales needs. * Understand each client’s tech ecosystem to recommend tailored solutions. **Operations \& Procurement** * Coordinate with Globaltek’s purchasing team, international suppliers, and logistics partners. * Manage end\-to\-end order processes: quotation → purchase → import/export → delivery → invoicing. * Ensure compliance with Peruvian import regulations, taxes, and procurement requirements. * Track shipments, timelines, and inventory availability for local delivery. **Vendor \& Partner Coordination** * Work with manufacturers and distributors such as Dell, Lenovo, HP, Cisco, Microsoft, Apple, Fortinet, and others. * Maintain strong communication with channel partners in Peru and across LATAM. **Reporting \& Administrative Duties** * Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports. * Maintain organized CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and account documentation. * Support leadership with market insights, competitive analysis, and revenue strategies. **Required Qualifications** * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT sales, account management, technology distribution, or B2B commercial roles. * Strong understanding of hardware, software, cloud services, and IT procurement. * Ability to manage multiple accounts and high\-value projects simultaneously. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Strong organizational discipline and ability to work independently in a remote environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and online collaboration tools. * Must be legally authorized to work in Peru. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with regional or global IT distributors. * Knowledge of import/export procedures and Peruvian customs processes. * Existing relationships with enterprise clients, integrators, or government accounts. * Bilingual (Spanish / English). **What We Offer** * 100% remote role * Opportunity to grow with a multinational expanding in Peru * Work closely with leadership and LATAM teams * Access to continuous training and certifications * Dynamic, fast\-paced, and supportive work environment Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo
