Currently, we are looking for the best talent to fill the position of Specialist Engineer: Mechanical / Refractory **Job Description** * Technically coordinate the definition of the scope of major repairs for the assigned plant(s). * Review planning status. * Review maintenance plans. * Advise on critical issues. * Carry out detailed planning of each activity according to their area of responsibility. * Planning of resource management. * Estimate the MPP Budget for the major repair of the assigned plant(s). * Identify required Work Procedures for the execution of major repairs and coordinate their development. * Identification of equipment or equipment sections. * Identification of resources and work teams (crews, work fronts, contractors, etc.) to which they will be assigned. * Definition of working hours and schedules per work team. **Requirements** **Academic Background** Graduate Engineer in Mechanical, Mechanical-Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Chemical, Electronics, Energy, Fluid Mechanics, Civil Engineering, or related fields focused on maintenance management. * For engineers with national degrees: Current professional license. * For engineers with foreign degrees: Valid professional license from the country of origin for the corresponding practice. Prior to service commencement, they must present their temporary license from the Colegio de Ingenieros del Perú. **Minimum Experience** * Minimum of 10 years of documented cumulative experience in planning and/or executing major repair projects in hydrocarbon industry facilities such as Oil Refineries, Petrochemical Plants, Natural Gas Fractionation and Liquefaction Plants. * Planner in at least 4 projects involving planning, scheduling, and estimation of material resources and equipment for major repairs of units licensed by Exxon Mobil, UOP, or Haldor Topsoe, such as Catalytic Cracking Units, Flexicoking, or Hydrotreating Units. **Additional Information** * Onboarding with full legal benefits. * 80% EPS coverage for employee, spouse, and children up to 18 years of age. * Positive work environment. * Access to corporate benefits.
