




**Mission:** Establish a system for recording, validating, and analyzing the organization’s accounting and financial information in accordance with IFRS to ensure accurate and timely accounting of transactions, safeguard the integrity of financial information, and guarantee compliance with current tax, legal, and accounting regulations, thereby providing reliable and timely financial information for strategic decision-making. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the recording of the company’s accounting transactions in accordance with Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and/or IFRS. * Responsible for monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual financial closings. * Preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement), including their respective annexes and notes. * Ensure proper submission of monthly and annual tax returns and reports to various regulatory bodies, including SUNAT, INEI, and Municipalities. * Design and maintain efficient accounting controls, verify the integrity of financial information, and prevent errors or fraud. * Propose improvements to accounting processes, their integration with IT systems, and coordination with departments providing financial data. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. **Requirements:** * Licensed and certified Public Accountant * Specialization in Cost Accounting and Taxation preferred * Proficiency in ERP software or experience participating in ERP implementations (preferred) Employment type: Full-time Salary: PEN 3,500.00 – PEN 4,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
