Field Third-Party Management Support Engineer Location: Cajamarquilla, Chosica, Lima Work Schedule: Regular regime (5x2). Permanent daytime shift. Immediate availability Documentation: ***Mandatory submission of Adult Certificate (CUL) and supporting documents (100% documented profile).*** **Requirements:** * Engineering degree (mechanical, metallurgical, chemical, electrical, civil, industrial, occupational safety and hygiene, or related fields). * Minimum 5 years’ experience in Occupational Safety and Health and/or mining, including at least 3 years’ demonstrable and substantiated experience in supervision and monitoring of high-risk work activities. * Demonstrable experience in field audits and inspections. * Specialization in high-risk work (minimum 100 hours): working at height, MATPEL, confined spaces, lifting operations, pressurized systems, excavations, electrical installations, lockout/tagout, etc. * Advanced knowledge of safe work practices for critical tasks. **Technical knowledge of international standards and regulations (OSHA, NFPA, ASTM, etc.).** * Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, Law No. 29783, and Supreme Decree No. 024-2016-EM and its amendments. * Knowledge of occupational safety and health (OSH) document analysis, including PASSO, IPERC, PETS, and applicable standards. **Skills and Competencies:** * Field observation and deviation management. * Handling of critical-risk situations. * Ability to intervene and provide feedback to operational personnel. * Effective communication for coordination with contractors. * Audit management, nonconformance follow-up, and continuous improvement. * Commitment to safety culture and preventive behavior. **Responsibilities:** Direct involvement in operations, supervising compliance with safety measures across various plants. Key activities include: ✓ Conduct cross-inspections and field audits based on criticality. ✓ Supervise critical activities (EECC, lifting, lockout/tagout, working at height, etc.). ✓ Inspect vehicles and mobile equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
