**Job Description:** Lead Project Engineer Location: Cajamarquilla, Chosica, Lima Employment Type: Regular (5x2). Permanent daytime shift. Immediate availability required Documentation: ***Mandatory submission of Adult Certificate (CUL) and supporting documents (100% documented profile).*** **Requirements:** * Engineering degree (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Chemical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, Occupational Safety and Health, or related fields) * Minimum 5 years’ experience in Occupational Safety and Health and/or mining, including at least 3 years’ demonstrable, documented experience in supervision and monitoring of high-risk work activities. * Specialization in high-risk work: working at heights, MATPEL, confined spaces, lifting operations, pressurized systems, excavations, electrical installations, energy isolation and control, etc. * Technical knowledge of international standards and regulations (OSHA, NFPA, ASTM, etc.). * Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, Law No. 29783, Supreme Decree No. 024-2016-EM and its amendments. **Skills and Competencies:** * Operational leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. * Strategic planning and service management capability. • Data analysis, regulatory interpretation, and decision-making. * Effective communication for interdepartmental coordination. * Audit management, non-conformance follow-up, and continuous improvement. * Commitment to safety culture and preventive behavior. **Responsibilities:** * Manages the service while also performing field activities, ensuring strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Additional responsibilities include: * Defining safety objectives and targets aligned with corporate standards. * Developing the Annual Audit Plan and the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Plan implementation schedule. * Reviewing inspection reports, audit findings, and incident reports, and validating closure of observations. * Participating in safety committees and coordinating with Operations, Maintenance, and Contracts departments.
