At **FEDELTA Ingeniería EIRL**, a company dedicated to the construction sector, we are looking for an experienced **Accounting Manager** with strong expertise in accounting, financial, and budgetary management, results-oriented and with leadership skills to manage the accounting department and ensure compliance with current regulations. **Requirements** * **Licensed Public Accountant.** * Minimum of **5 years** of experience in accounting (experience in construction preferred). * Proficiency in **NIIF**, **job costing**, **PLE/PLAME**, **ERP**, and **advanced Excel**. * Strong **leadership, analytical, and effective communication skills**. * Must **reside in Piura (mandatory)** **Main Responsibilities** * Lead monthly accounting closings and issue **NIIF Financial Statements**, **PLE**, and supporting documentation archiving. * Manage **job costing** (budgeted vs. actual) and margins; monitor **financial KPIs**. * Prepare tax filings and payments: **VAT, Income Tax, withholdings, perceptions, and retentions**. * Supervise **treasury operations**, bank reconciliations, cash flow, **DSO/DPO**. * Control fixed assets and maintain **internal controls**; coordinate internal and external audits. * Prepare **management reports** and **financial forecasts** for senior management.
