Location: Salaverry, Trujillo, La Libertad \- 7:00 – 16:00 HOURS FUNCTIONS: · Verify and control raw material loading on the WSNPK production line, and monitor the proper operation of equipment used for raw material loading (4 m³ loading hopper, conveyor belt, bucket elevator, screw conveyor, weighing hoppers). · Operate and inspect the hammer mill on the WSNPK production line prior to use, and monitor its proper operation during the production process, complying with quality and safety standards. · Label bags using a manual coder and/or affix labels according to production order requirements. · Weigh, mix, and prepare micronutrients and/or liquid additives according to production order requirements. · Apply micronutrients and/or liquid additives to the paddle mixer to complete the fertilizer blending process on the WSNPK production line. · Package fertilizers into 25 kg, 50 kg bags and/or 1,000 kg bulk bags on the WSNPK production line and in direct packaging operations. · Palletize finished products in 25 kg and/or 50 kg bags from the WSNPK production line and/or direct packaging onto wooden pallets. · Perform authorized autonomous maintenance on machines and equipment of the WSNPK production line and direct packaging operations. · Monitor raw material inventories in the production warehouse: macronutrients, micronutrients, and liquid additives.
