We are an expanding metal-mechanical company seeking a **LATHE OPERATOR** to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Knowledge of metrology, cutting and measuring tools, reading mechanical drawings, basic lathe maintenance. * Graduate in Production Mechanics. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as an operator of conventional lathes (Mandatory). * Responsible and results-oriented. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Turn parts and components according to drawings and supervisor instructions to meet production targets. * Perform preventive maintenance on the lathe. * Interpret drawings and tolerance tables in coordination with the supervisor. * Conduct quality control of manufactured parts according to drawing specifications. * Maintain assigned tools and equipment as instructed by the company to ensure proper performance. * Other duties related to the position. **BENEFITS:** * 50% meal allowance coverage. * Continuous learning opportunities. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Labor benefits. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
