Requirements: * Reside in the city of Arequipa, as the position is presential. * Teaching experience in schools. (Not mandatory) * Availability for morning shifts. * Dynamic individual with strong classroom management skills. * Availability to work with secondary and pre-university students. Competencies: * Ability to foster a pleasant learning environment for students. * Charismatic personality with capacity to explain topics clearly and simply. * Active, consistently proactive, and capable of serving as a mentor to students.
