




**Functions** * Define project scope, schedule, and budget. * Supervise physical and financial progress, updating technical planning and implementing corrective measures in case of deviations. * Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, authorities, and local communities. * Represent the project to the client and facilitate the acquisition of licenses and permits, especially environmental ones. * Ensure active presence on site, participating in daily activity monitoring to guarantee proper technical and operational execution of the project. * Lead the work team, assigning responsibilities and ensuring smooth communication. * Validate technical deliverables and promote compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. * Report progress to the Management Committee and execute their directives. * Coordinate commissioning and ensure formal project handover, including final reports and lessons learned. **Requirements** * Degree in Civil, Sanitary, or Electromechanical Engineering. * Minimum of 15\-20 years of experience in infrastructure project execution. * At least 10 years of specific experience in managing water infrastructure construction projects, with direct field involvement, is essential. * Proven experience leading on-site construction activities, with the ability to make technical decisions on location and coordinate daily operations, will be highly valued. * Knowledge and experience in project management. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in project management software. * Leadership and team management skills. * Proactivity and problem-solving abilities. * Willingness to travel.
