**Job Description** Requirements: * **Minimum Education:** Registered and licensed by the CIP in Civil Engineering. * **Experience:** 3 years of verifiable experience in the civil construction sector as a resident engineer. * **Work Location:** MINSUR SMELTING AND REFINING PLANT - PISCO * **Atypical 5\*2 work schedule** Responsibilities: * Lead and supervise the work program and all project operations, from initial planning, on-site activities at the client's facilities, and return to facilities. * Coordinate with the client or end-user all activities carried out during work development. * Direct personnel by providing instructions to achieve the best possible performance in their tasks. * Prepare and submit daily reports on activities, operations, and work progress.
