Daily obtain inventory balances from the RNET system to use in daily inventory analysis. 2\. Issue counting sheets according to the cyclic inventory work plan detailed in this POE. 3\. Compare and analyze counts performed by sales associates and inventory operators against the store's Kardex. 4\. Identify SKUs requiring adjustment due to inventory discrepancies; print inventory result sheets categorized by types of cyclic inventories. Results will be delivered to the Inventory Supervisor to obtain the Store Manager's authorization. 5\. Present the results of the Cyclic Inventory, based on assigned adjustment values, to the Store Manager to request authorization for adjusting the Store Kardex. 6\. Report the results of the inventories conducted during the day to the Central Inventory Supervisor and the Support Office Inventory Analyst. 7\. Adjust differences from daily inventory results using the appropriate reporting codes as specified in the Inventory POE. 8\. Deduct units declared as damaged goods from the Store Kardex according to the reporting code specified in the Inventory POE. 9\. Participate in the destruction of damaged goods when they are sent to sanitary landfills. 10\. Participate in reviewing products intended for internal store consumption, either for assembling displays or store maintenance, verifying compliance with the requirements stated in the Inventory POE. 11\. Deduct units declared for internal consumption from the Store Kardex according to the reporting code and cost centers specified in the Inventory POE. 12\. Transfer balances to resulting SKUs using TIP/TAP transactions as per the procedure detailed in the INVENTORY POE. 13\. Verify that department racks have updated location labels in both Lineals and Meters. 14\. Assist in preparing month-end closing reports according to requests from the Accounting department on specified dates. 15\. Assist in preparing weekly reports on the progress of the known shrinkage indicator, detailing the reasons behind the reported ratio for the Store Management, Operations Management, and Finance Management. **Requirements:** Student from the 8th cycle onwards or graduate with a technical degree in Administration, Systems, Accounting, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics, Warehouse, Receiving, Inventories, Stock Management, or related areas. Advanced level in Microsoft Office.
