





A private company is seeking top talent for the position of Administrative and Finance Assistant. **Requirements** \- Bachelor's or Licentiate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering. \- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar or equivalent positions. \- Advanced knowledge of: strategic planning, account analysis, accounts receivable and payable, collections management, and billing. \- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) \- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:40 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. \- Must reside near the district of Independencia. **Responsibilities** 1\. Preparation of accounts receivable and payable reports 2\. Contacting clients for collections management 3\. Managing supplier payments 4\. Handling petty cash, travel allowances, and bank cash (in Peruvian Soles and US Dollars) 5\. Managing daily treasury operations, including bank reconciliations. 6\. Executing internal and external administrative, commercial, financial, contractual, and legal documentation procedures. 7\. Contacting clients for collections management 8\. Supporting the preparation of bids via SEACE 9\. Preparing and managing invoicing and shipping guides. 10\. Safeguarding company assets and contracts. 11\. Other duties related to the Administration and Finance department. **OTHER FUNCTIONS:** * Supporting the Human Resources department. * Assisting in supplier sourcing. * Supporting the Accounting department.
