In addition, we are **certified as one of the best companies to work for by Great Place to Work.** Therefore, we are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **Security Specialist** **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience selling intangible products in: banking, insurance, services, or mass consumer goods (Call \- Center and/or field). * Availability to work Monday through Friday in person in Surco. * Intermediate level of Office software and email writing skills. **Responsibilities:** * Manage leads generated through various Upselling channels with the goal of selling new products to customers. * Plan and schedule visits to generated leads. * Conduct sales to customers who have been visited by a security expert but whose interest in the product has decreased. * Offer new products to customers through the Outbound channel. * Record information and management activities in the company's system. * Coordinate and follow up on the installation process with relevant departments. * Perform tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Base salary \+ attractive commission package with no cap. * Food card. * EPS covered at 80% after the third month. * Training through Workday Learning. * Be part of a company certified by Great Place to Work.
