With over 29 years of experience, we continue growing and are looking for passionate individuals in education and sales to join our team in **Piura**. **What will you do as an Educational Advisor?** * Advise prospective students in selecting the program that best fits their professional goals. * Carry out commercial management, meeting recruitment targets set in institutional campaigns. * Provide comprehensive, timely, and excellent service, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining standards of quality, commitment, and transparency. * Attend to and follow up with prospects both in person and digitally, applying established service protocols. * Conduct guided campus tours and promote them among prospective students. * Record and update customer information in the Sales CRM system to optimize the sales process. * Prepare daily management reports and conversion results. **What are we looking for?** * **Education:** Completed or incomplete technical degree. * **Experience:** At least one year in service sales, preferably in the education sector (candidates from other sectors such as insurance, real estate, etc., will also be considered). * **Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (user level). * Experience with sales systems or CRM is desirable. * **Skills:** * Clear and persuasive communication. * Empathy and a service-oriented attitude. * Results-driven. * Proactivity and initiative. **Work Schedule** * On-site: Monday to Friday, 09:00 a.m. to 07:00 p.m. * Virtual: Saturdays, 09:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **Workplace:** Mz.
