An accounting firm is seeking an **Accounting Intern with No Experience**, highly motivated to learn and develop professionally. Prior experience is not required—**we will teach you everything**. We aim to train, from the ground up, a committed, responsible individual with a growth mindset. **You will learn how to:** * Maintain accounting records for businesses across various sectors * Analyze and classify accounting entries for purchases, sales, bank transactions, and other items * Record all corporate transactions in the STARSOFT system * Prepare monthly tax filings (IGV, Income Tax, PLAME, AFPNET, SIRE, etc.) * Process payroll and issue pay slips * Prepare for tax audits and resolve inconsistencies * Provide client service and advisory support * Perform administrative tasks **Requirements:** * Accounting students from the 5th semester onward * Basic knowledge of accounting and taxation (will be assessed) * Intermediate Excel proficiency (preferred) * Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn * Residing in Carabayllo or nearby areas **We offer:** * Salary: **PEN 450 on payroll** (with all statutory benefits) * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * **Salary increases** as you gain experience and assume additional responsibilities Position type: Part-time Salary: Starting at PEN 450.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
