Required Courses Design, Equipment, and Ergonomics of Gastronomic Businesses Marketing of Gastronomic Services Operations Management in Gastronomic Businesses Effective Supply Chain Management Artificial Intelligence in the Development of Organization and Event Services **Responsibilities:** Plan, develop, and evaluate activities that ensure students’ learning outcomes, while working within the framework of institutional coexistence regulations applicable to the educational community. Select and prepare subject-specific content. Design the teaching methodology and organize class activities. Develop course content, keeping it constantly updated and supported by current bibliography. Organize and implement pedagogical strategies that include individual and collective learning activities. Supervise and maintain classroom discipline, both inside and outside the classroom, in accordance with the Academic Regulations and institutional guidelines established to achieve institutional objectives. Prepare handouts and partial/final assignments developed during academic activities. Grade assessments and exams, calculate students’ averages, and enter grades into the student tracking system. Monitor each student’s academic progress and career advancement. Participate in professional training and continuing education programs, which constitute mandatory requirements in faculty evaluation processes.
