Handling inquiries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. ***Sales Promoter, Pucallpa*** We are looking for **Sales Promoters / Field Promoters** in the city of **Pucallpa**, for the traditional trade channel (markets and warehouses). **Requirements:** \- Completed secondary education. \- Minimum 6 months’ experience in the traditional trade channel as a field promoter or sales promoter. \- Experience in direct customer interaction. \- Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, and Saturdays, 9 AM–2 PM. \- Immediate availability. **Responsibilities:** \- Visit established points of sale. \- Introduce and promote product sales. \- Conduct product demonstrations and answer customer questions to raise awareness of the product brand. \- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. \- Track customer orders and verify order accuracy. \- Escalate inquiries, complaints, and returns to immediate supervisors and respective departments. \- Support tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Base salary: S/1130 \+ S/300 mobility allowance.
