Puerto Inca, Pucallpa **JOB DESCRIPTION** **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, and/or related fields. Knowledge in cocoa harvesting, forest resources, and forest management. Availability to reside in nearby areas. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Manage harvest operations in the assigned area through review and monitoring. Conduct field visits to verify cocoa and wood harvest, entry, and exit. Perform on-site visits to provide feedback to the owner. Supervise all operational harvesting staff, taking corrective actions if any incidents occur. Other duties that the employer may assign based on their needs.
