Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional to supervise and coordinate daily activities of an automotive workshop, planning resources, managing productivity and quality, and implementing continuous improvements.

**Main Responsibilities**
· Supervise and coordinate daily workshop activities.
· Prepare weekly and daily work schedules for the workshop.
· Plan installed capacity and allocate resources efficiently.
· Distribute work orders according to specialty and workload.
· Monitor and analyze management indicators using Power BI.
· Design and update dashboards and managerial reports.
· Control quality of bodywork, painting, and assembly work.
· Manage workshop productivity, efficiency, and utilization.
· Monitor repair times and adherence to promised delivery dates.
· Coordinate with insurance companies for inspections, approvals, and supplements.
· Manage inventories of spare parts, materials, and tools.
· Train and evaluate technical staff.
· Implement continuous improvements and operational best practices.
· Prepare productivity, cost, profitability, and results reports.
**2. Job Requirements**
Academic Qualification: Certified technician or professional in Automotive Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in bodywork and painting workshops, and 3 years leading teams or operational areas. Proven experience with KPIs, Power BI, and productivity planning and control.
Knowledge: Intermediate or advanced Power BI, advanced Excel, dashboard creation, KPIs, workload planning, resource balancing, insurance company management, bodywork and painting processes, continuous improvement, and cost management.

5. Working Conditions
Workplace: Pachacamac, Lima.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Salary Range: S/ 5,000 to S/ 6,000 plus productivity bonus.
