Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to plan teams, control attendance, validate quality, monitor operations, and ensure compliance with protocols at a brewery. Key Highlights: 1. Our client, a prominent local company operating in the Pucallpa market and specializing in beer production, packaging, distribution, and sales, is seeking top talent to fill the position of Operations Supervisor. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. 1 year of experience as an Operations Supervisor, including warehouse and picking activities (preferred). Availability: Immediate. Specific Knowledge: Computer skills, Microsoft Office, Vehicle Driving (preferred). Driver’s License: Yes (preferred). Resident of Pucallpa city. WORK SCHEDULE: Mandatory weekly rotating shift and rotating days off. Shift 1: 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Shift 2: 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Shift 3: 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan teams for assigned activities. Monitor and report staff attendance (Tareos-Asisprod). Validate work quality. Prepare production and operational reports. Ensure compliance with operational and safety procedures and protocols. Monitor assigned operations. Conduct on-site supervision. Perform operational improvement analysis and implement work methodologies. Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. BENEFITS: Friendly work environment.
