Job Summary: Guide, control, and supervise the branch's operational activities, ensuring compliance with credit and savings mobilization processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and control of operational processes at the branch. 2. Management of credits, savings, and financial operations. 3. Leadership in supervising operational teams. Primary Function: Guide, control, and supervise the branch's operational activities, ensuring proper execution of processes related to credit disbursement and recovery, as well as savings mobilization across all modalities. Specific Functions: Supervise and monitor credit disbursement processes. Verify accurate updating of member data prior to disbursements. Control and safeguard disbursed valuables during the day. Administer and safeguard institutional cash, documents, and securities. Perform daily closing and submit corresponding information to involved departments. Conduct cash counts and coordinate bank deposits. Supervise operations performed by Operations Assistants, Tellers, and Financial Advisors. Coordinate and supervise registrations, contributions, and fixed-term deposit creation. Prepare reports and reconciliations in coordination with Accounting. Support dissemination of institutional promotional materials through physical and digital media. Promptly detect and report risk events related to assigned functions. Comply with Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing policies and procedures. Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: Knowledge of financial and banking operations. Desirable experience in credit and collections management. Proficiency in computer tools. Competencies: Service orientation.
