Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Warehouse Assistant to perform tasks including storage, picking, packing, counting, and verification of merchandise, as well as supporting dispatch operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform essential warehousing and merchandise management tasks. 2. Maintain warehouse order, cleanliness, and product condition. 3. Assist in merchandise dispatch and report incidents. We are looking for you! On behalf of our client, we are searching for top talent for the position of: **Warehouse Assistant Responsibilities:** * Perform merchandise storage, picking, packing, and loading tasks. * Conduct merchandise counting and verification. * Review the purchase order linked to the delivery note and/or invoice for incoming orders (quantity and price). * Maintain warehouse order, cleanliness, and proper product preservation. * Conduct inventory counts of stock. * Support merchandise dispatch operations. * Report incidents occurring during receiving, storage, picking, and packing. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (minimum). * Incomplete technical education (preferred). * Minimum 6 months of experience in logistics support roles (preferred). * Knowledge of good warehouse practices (order, safety, and product rotation). * Understanding of delivery notes, labels, and basic inventory records. * Ability to handle products and follow safety regulations (use of PPE). * Availability to work in **Lurín – Panamericana Sur km 25.5**. * Preferred residence in nearby areas: San Juan de Miraflores, Villa El Salvador, Villa María del Triunfo, Lurín, or other southern districts. **Benefits and Conditions:** * Salary **+ variable bonus** * Formal employment under the **general labor regime** * Transportation allowance * Statutory benefits: bonuses, vacation, profit sharing * Work modality: **On-site – Full-time** **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: **8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** * Saturday: **8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.** Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Would you agree to a salary of PEN 1,130 + PEN 100 transportation allowance + full payroll registration + profit sharing?
