**Topographic Survey** **3D Scanner Survey of Existing Infrastructure** **Detail Verification:** Carefully review drawings, documents, and specifications to ensure all design and construction phases have been completed as planned. **Final Inspections:** Coordinate and carry out final inspections to ensure the work complies with quality and safety standards, and meets local codes and regulations. **Documentation and Closeout:** Prepare and organize all necessary documentation, including operation and maintenance manuals, warranties, and certificates, for delivery to the client upon project completion. **Defect Management:** Coordinate and monitor the correction process for any defects or minor issues arising during the warranty phase. **Performance Evaluation:** Collect information on project performance and customer satisfaction, which could be used to improve future projects. **Communication:** Maintain smooth communication with the design team, engineers, contractors, and the client to ensure all parties are informed about progress and closeout details. **Financial Closeout:** Participate in the project's financial closeout, ensuring all payments and invoicing are in order. **Lessons Learned:** Participate in project reviews with the team to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement in future projects.
