Position Summary: Coordination and monitoring of labor-related matters, including OSH, workplace harassment, and personnel management, with a focus on training and recordkeeping. Key Highlights: 1. Manages key labor-related matters such as OSH and workplace harassment 2. Coordinates training programs and supervises work schedules 3. Responsible for personnel records and payroll tracking Implementation and follow-up of OSH Committees, Anti-Harassment Committees, and other labor-related committees. Coordination of training programs. Registration of new employees. Maintenance of payroll, insurance, hiring and termination records, and tracking of payroll settlements. Supervision of work schedules and disciplinary actions.
