We are looking for a **Data & Automation Analyst** to join our team, who will be responsible for transforming information into improvement opportunities, generating commercial reports, optimizing processes, and providing support in managing our CRM and automations. We seek an analytical, results-oriented profile with the ability to independently resolve data challenges, contributing to improved business decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** * Write SQL queries against databases to fulfill business requirements. * Build and maintain dashboards and commercial reports using Excel and BI tools. * Analyze information and identify data inconsistencies, coordinating corrective actions. * Provide functional support for the GoHighLevel CRM: user creation, configurations, and integration with advertising platforms. * Perform maintenance and optimization of existing automations within the CRM. * Design and develop automations using Python to optimize internal processes. * Document processes, configurations, and changes made to ensure operational continuity. * Propose improvements based on data analysis and process efficiency. **Requirements:** * Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in SQL (queries, joins, aggregations, and dimensional modeling). * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Knowledge of Power BI or Looker Studio (data modeling, basic DAX, and report publishing). * Python knowledge focused on process automation. * Familiarity with or experience using CRM tools (preferably GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or others). * Desired experience with: * Microsoft Azure (Azure Functions, Container Apps, Blob Storage). * dbt-core or ELT/ETL architectures. **Competencies:** * Analytical thinking and attention to detail. * Ability to solve end-to-end data problems. * Effective communication to present technical findings to non-technical teams. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Responsibility in handling confidential information. **Benefits:** * Salary: S/1,800 to S/2,000 depending on experience and performance. * Formal employment under REMYPE payroll system. * 50% CTS and bonus payment. * 15 days of vacation. * Mandatory Life Insurance. * Essalud health insurance. * Positive work environment. * Company affiliated with the Lima Chamber of Commerce (CCL). * Opportunity for professional growth and development within an expanding company.
