Our team continues to expand, and we are looking to bring on board a professional who can help strengthen our talent management—ensuring an outstanding experience for our employees and organizing our internal processes. **What will be your mission?** You will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, supporting both our internal team and personnel assigned under our IT Staffing model. We seek an organized, empathetic, and decisive individual who enjoys working with people and is capable of building trust with both employees and project leaders. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage recruitment and selection processes. * Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes. * Prepare and track employment contracts, addendums, and other labor documentation. * Manage vacation requests, leaves of absence, medical leave, and other personnel-related incidents. * Coordinate and review data for payroll processing. * Maintain up-to-date employee records and personnel files. * Monitor personnel assigned to our clients under the IT Staffing model. * Coordinate performance evaluations and workplace climate assessments. * Support employees with inquiries or situations related to their employment management. * Collaborate with various departments to address new hiring needs. * Propose improvements to strengthen our Human Resources processes. **Candidate Profile** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 1.5 years of experience in similar roles. * Experience managing recruitment and personnel administration processes. * Prior experience administering personnel under outsourcing or IT Staffing models is desirable. * Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation. * Proficiency in Excel and administrative management tools. **Competencies** * Excellent interpersonal communication skills. * High level of organization and planning. * Empathy and employee orientation. * Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment and responsibility. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. **What We Offer** * Be part of a rapidly growing technology company. * Participate in high-impact projects alongside leading national enterprises. * Excellent work environment and continuous learning. * Opportunity to propose improvements and build processes from scratch. * Professional development path. * Compensation commensurate with experience and performance.
