Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant for a high-volume operation, providing support in food preparation and production while ensuring quality and hygiene standards. Key Highlights: 1. Support in food preparation according to daily planning. 2. Preparation of rice dishes and soups in bulk. 3. Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Tamun is currently seeking a Kitchen Assistant for a high-volume operation.** Job Objective Provide support in food preparation and production, ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and service timing standards. Main Responsibilities * Assist in food preparation according to daily planning. * Prepare rice dishes and soups in bulk. * Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Assist in meal portion dispatch and distribution. * Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations. Requirements * Minimum **1 year of experience as a kitchen assistant**. * Experience in concessionaires or high-volume restaurants. * Experience in preparing rice dishes and soups. * Knowledge of and ability to apply GMP. * Studies in gastronomy or practical training. Working Conditions * Salary: **S/ 1,130** * Transportation allowance: **S/ 100** * Meal voucher: **S/ 100** * Work modality: On-site Work Schedule * Monday to Friday: **7:00 am – 4:00 pm** * Saturday: **8:00 am – 5:00 pm** * Fixed day off: **Sunday** Depending on production volume, Saturday shifts may end at **noon or 2:00 pm**. Work Location Pacífico Seguros Surquillo Branch – Reference: between Av. Angamos and Av. República de Panamá.
